200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Deepen your practice. Expand your knowledge. Discover your voice.
Our Yoga Alliance–credentialed 200-hour Teacher Training is an invitation to go deeper into the practice and philosophy of yoga, develop a deeper understanding of the body and mind, and explore what it means to live and practice yoga both on and off the mat.
Whether you dream of becoming a yoga teacher or simply want to deepen your own knowledge, practice, and connection to yourself, this training is designed to meet you where you are. Through asana, anatomy, philosophy, meditation, pranayama, somatics, and the art of teaching, you’ll build a strong foundation while developing a more embodied and authentic relationship with yoga.
Come to deepen your practice. Leave with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to share it with others.
