Escape to the serene paradise of Koh Samui, Thailand for a transformative retreat centered on calming the mind and revitalizing the spirit. During this retreat, we will immerse ourselves in the gentle presence of majestic elephants at a sanctuary, fostering a deep connection with these incredible creatures and learn about the work that is being done to protect these beautiful beings. We will also take part in a hands-on Thai cooking class, learning to craft traditional dishes for nourishment and well-being.
Included in this retreat are three self-care therapies tailored to promote relaxation and inner balance throughout the week, and we will cultivate a daily grounding practice every morning that includes meditation and breathwork practices to create mindfulness and peace within. We will finish our days with vinyasa practices in the evenings amidst the lush tropical surroundings.

To reserve your spot, there is a $500 non-refundable deposit.
By purchasing the Thailand Relax & Renew Retreat, I understand that my $500 deposit is non-refundable. This deposit will reserve my spot and will be applied to the total cost of the Retreat. Under no circumstances will this amount be refunded including but not limited to sickness, weather, pandemic, natural disaster, change of schedule, cancelled flight. The remaining balance of the Retreat is due on or before February 28, 2025. After February 28, 2025, the entire cost of the Retreat is non-refundable under any circumstance including but not limited to sickness, weather, pandemic, natural disaster, change of schedule, cancelled flight. I understand that it is my responsibility to know and understand the current protocol in regards to COVID-19 during the time of travel for the Retreat. I agree to follow all regulations mandated and enforced in all venues, establishments, tours/excursions, airports, airlines, and other modes of transportation. I understand I will not receive any partial or full refund if I am unable to adhere to the regulations enforced at the time of the Retreat.
