“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”

Special Events
We are partnering with Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy to bring you a special series where we will dive into different poses, feel poses differently, receive feedback tailored to your body's needs, and receive hands on adjustments if desired.
We are passionate about coming together in this four week series as we believe yoga is a powerful pathway to healing, physically and mentally. Our class size is limited so that focused and thoughtful attention is given to each student’s needs.
Within this supportive and nurturing environment, students develop a deeper understanding to support healthy, stable movement patterns so that you can move comfortably with ease, both on and off the mat. Beyond physical poses, therapeutic yoga helps to create a greater understanding of the mental body as well. Using breathwork, thoughtful and intentional movement and visualization, the nervous system is facilitated toward a calm state.
Whether you are new to yoga or a practiced yogi and wanting to strengthen your foundation, this therapeutic yoga workshop will give you the tools you need to heal further.
Cost: $250 (HSA payments accepted)
Find YOUR Flow
Saturday, September 13 @ 8:00am - 10:00am
This immersive and hands-on yoga workshop is all about you—your body, your alignment, your practice. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, Find Your Flow offers a supportive space to explore and refine your poses in a way that works best for your unique anatomy.
In this workshop, we’ll move beyond one-size-fits-all alignment cues and help you understand how to listen to your body and adjust each pose to fit your structure, limitations, and goals.
You’ll learn:
How to recognize and find your alignment in foundational yoga poses
Practical tools for making poses feel better and safer in your body
Ways to explore deeper expressions of a pose (only if that’s what you’re looking for!)
How to modify or shift your approach if a pose isn’t feeling right
Use of props
The basics of your personalized anatomy and how it affects your practice
This is a collaborative and personalized experience—participants will be invited to ask questions and bring up specific poses they want to work on. Whether you're dealing with discomfort in a certain posture, unsure if you're "doing it right," or simply curious about exploring a pose in a new way, this workshop will give you the tools to deepen your awareness and confidence on the mat.
Come as you are, leave with a practice that truly feels like yours.
Cost: $25/person
